Getting NetSuite right involves more than one decision. Whether you are evaluating NetSuite for the first time, mid-implementation, or years into using it, our consultants bring the business and technical judgment to keep the project moving in the right direction.
We work across assessment, package selection, functional design and improvement planning, and stay involved as the right specialist team takes on delivery. Advisory and delivery often involve the same ERP Peers team — this site keeps each stage on its own page so you can see exactly what each service includes, not because they are handled by unrelated teams.

Our NetSuite consulting team includes 15+ experienced consultants and specialists working across the full delivery lifecycle, not advisory alone. The Clutch rating and case study on this page reflect verified client work, not a self-reported track record.
What consulting covers
Advisory that stays involved from the first decision through delivery, not a one-time recommendation handed off to someone else.
We evaluate your current operations, identify key pain points, and plan strategically to ensure NetSuite aligns perfectly with your business objectives.
Our team aids in selecting the right NetSuite package and module, managing the RFP process, and negotiating contracts to meet your business needs.
We provide functional oversight through the implementation process, working alongside our implementation team to keep delivery aligned with the original plan.
We provide training for users and administrators and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adaptation to NetSuite.
We identify optimization opportunities on an ongoing basis and work with our NetSuite optimization team on deeper technical improvement projects.
We stay available for strategic and functional questions after go-live, with day-to-day support and maintenance delivered by our NetSuite managed services and support teams.
Our delivery approach
Technical quality is only part of a successful NetSuite engagement. The business requirement, release process and future responsibility also matter.
Clarify the process, users and expected outcome before selecting an approach.
Use standard NetSuite configuration when it meets the requirement properly.
Validate functionality, roles, exceptions and relevant downstream impact.
Document the change and agree who owns it after go-live.

Why choose ERP Peers
ERP Peers approaches every engagement as an operating change, not an isolated task.
Recommendations begin with the requirement and expected outcome before technology is selected.
Work is considered alongside workflows, platform configuration and connected applications, not in isolation.
Testing, release responsibilities and future ownership remain visible throughout the engagement.
Consultants who also work across implementation, optimization and delivery, not analysts working from documentation alone.
Real client engagement
Every case study reflects a real, completed ERP Peers engagement.

Account-specific recommendations require an understanding of the actual business requirement and NetSuite environment.
A NetSuite consultant helps businesses implement, customize, and optimize NetSuite ERP software to improve their operations and efficiency.
Both. Our consultants often continue as part of the delivery team once a plan is agreed. The website separates consulting from implementation, SuiteSuccess, optimization, development, integration and managed services so you can understand the scope of each stage, not because they are handled by separate, unrelated teams.
Our team includes 15+ NetSuite consultants and specialists working across implementation, optimization, development, integration and support, so a consulting engagement draws on people who also do the delivery work day to day, not advisors working from documentation alone.
This comes up more than you would expect. We start by understanding what has already been built and why, since taking over without that context is how you break something that was actually working. Where we think a genuine reset is cheaper than continuing to patch the current path, we will tell you that directly rather than just agreeing to take over.
It depends on the stage you are at. An initial assessment is typically the fastest phase; package selection and RFP management add real calendar time for vendor responses; implementation guidance runs for the length of the underlying project. We scope timeline against your specific stage rather than quote one number for every engagement.
We do not publish a fixed rate, for the same reason NetSuite itself does not: the right engagement model depends on what stage you are at and how much of the work is advisory versus hands-on delivery. Most engagements are scoped against your specific situation, sometimes as a defined assessment, sometimes as an ongoing arrangement alongside implementation or optimization delivery. We would rather scope it accurately on a call than quote a number that does not reflect your actual requirement.
Most of our consulting engagements are for NetSuite customers, so our experience spans the industries where NetSuite itself is most commonly used, including retail, distribution, manufacturing and services. We would tell you directly if a requirement in your industry fell outside what we have real experience with.
