Client & support context

Why Ongoing Support Was Needed

The client runs its operations on NetSuite across more than one entity, which means the day-to-day work, from reports and access to templates and tax rules, has to stay correct in more than one place at once. That kind of environment is exactly where an ongoing support relationship earns its value: not from any single fix, but from a partner who keeps functioning correctly as requirements keep changing.

Support coverage

A Consistent Set of Practical Categories

149 completed requests is not 149 versions of the same problem. It spans the categories below, which is what turns a support relationship from “available when needed” into “familiar with how the business actually runs.”

  • Custom reporting
  • Roles and access management
  • Business-rule configuration
  • Document and PDF templates
  • Tax configuration
  • Multi-entity administration
  • Finance-team transition support
  • Post-integration support

Where ERP Peers added the most value

Higher-Impact Work Delivered

01

Supporting a finance leadership transition

When the client's finance team went through a leadership change, ERP Peers supported the transition directly. The incoming Finance Controller could draw on two years of accumulated knowledge of how NetSuite was actually configured, instead of starting from a blank page. That kind of work only happens because a vendor already knows the environment; it isn't something a new partner could step into cold. It was recognized as its own piece of work, billed across two consecutive months rather than folded into routine tickets.

02

A high-priority template rebuild

One request was flagged high priority and involved a significant NetSuite template rebuild, the largest single piece of work recorded across the whole relationship. It was delivered under time pressure, without breaking what the template was already doing correctly elsewhere in the business. Changing template logic safely in a live environment means knowing what not to touch, not just what to fix.

03

A recurring tax-code issue, resolved twice, months apart

Tax-code handling surfaced as a real operational issue on its own, and again months later after ERP Peers delivered a separate NetSuite–WooCommerce sales tax integration project, run through a formal two-stage engagement with its own kickoff and go-live milestones. Both times, ERP Peers diagnosed and resolved the issue directly. The second time it was handled as ordinary ongoing support, not as a reopened project, because a recurring theme here was an operational cleanup task, not a sign the integration had failed.

04

Business-rule restrictions, refined on request

ERP Peers implemented a restriction controlling who could create certain USD customer, sales order and invoice records. A follow-up request later refined it, exempting intercompany invoices from the same restriction. Getting that right required understanding the original rule’s intent, not just editing it in isolation.

Consistent delivery

A 95% On-Time Delivery Rate, Sustained Over Time

The engagement has maintained a 95% on-time delivery rate across a sustained volume of NetSuite work. For the client, the value is predictability: requests are understood, communicated and delivered against agreed timelines. It isn't a single fast turnaround, but the same consistency held over an ongoing relationship.

Client feedback

What the Client Said

“We’ve been working with ERP Peers for more than a year now, and they’ve been exactly the kind of NetSuite partner we were looking for. Their team is energetic, attentive, and very responsive. What has stood out to us is how seriously they take timelines. They consistently deliver ahead of schedule and keep us informed along the way. They’ve been proactive in understanding what we need rather than simply waiting for us to ask. It’s been a great experience working with the team, and we’re very happy to have them supporting our NetSuite environment.”
